Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Upgrades/Downgrades

To cancel a Subscription:

  • Go to: User Profile > My Account.
  • Select ‘My Subscription’from My Account
  • Look for your Active Subscription
  • Go to Actions tab and then click on Cancel button
  • If you would like to resubscribe, just click on Resubscribe

Note: You are entitled to 1 cancellation. If you are cancelling a subscription, you won’t be able to reactivate. You will be able to resubscribe, as follow:

  • Go to: User Profile > My Account.
  • Select ‘My Subscription’from My Account
  • Look for your Cancelled Subscription
  • Go to Actions tab and then click on Resubscribe button
  • Once you clicked the Resubscribe button, you will be sent to Checkout page
  • Follow the steps at Checkout page to Resubscribe
  • If you would like to choose another Subscription instead, please go to https://www.artistoncue.com and at the bottom of the page you may choose your desired Subscription

To upgrade/downgrade a Subscription:

  • Go to: User Profile > My Account.
  • Select ‘My Subscription’from My Account
  • Look for your Active Subscription – Subscription totals
  • Next to your current Subscription click on Upgrade or Downgrade
  • Choose your desired Subscription by selecting +1 and then click Add to cart button
  • Follow the on-screen steps in order to complete the new order
