Our Artist on cue paid Membership subscriptions, such as Basic, Pro or Premium are all refundable within 7 days as per Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002(herein “ECTA“). That will include all the other paid subscriptions found on-site, whether Job Packages or Resume Packages and Courses.

If you cancel any of our paid subscriptions, whether Membership subscriptions, Job Packages, Resume Packages or Courses all of your paid features will expire at the end of your billing cycle.

EU citizens are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins. All cancellations are to be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course, or if you’ve consumed any Job Package credits by posting jobs on our site and making use of its features, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the services or features. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course, jobs, or resume due to your violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.”

On certain occasions we may have to remove Jobs, Courses or Resumes for legal or other reasons. We reserve the right to update courses without offering a refund or exchange.
